Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to the data controller you have the following rights regarding yourself:

- To request information if it has been processed
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose
- To know the third parties to whom it is transferred, domestically or abroad
- To request correction if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately
- To request its deletion or destruction within the conditions provided by the KVKK
- To request that correction, deletion, or destruction be notified to third parties to whom it was transferred
- To object to a result against you arising from the analysis of the processed data exclusively by automated systems
- To claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing

Your request will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on its nature.
